CindyIMHOThe way I see it, this election isn't so much about the President, as it shulod be about replacing ALL INCUMBENTS in the Senate and the House. These are the people who are really destroying our country. They are incapable of passing any laws (that are good for the country), and entirely too many are getting rich at the expense of the American Public. More than a few of these people, especially those who have been in office for more than a few years (regardless of which party they affiliate with), can be assumed to be taking money, gifts and other favors from the lobbyists. Jack Abrams went to prison, but it takes two to tango, and in the case of lobbyists and the governing bodies, there is an awful lot of tangoing going on, and it is Not to the benefit of the American Public.Big business and large corporations are now running Our Country. Their sole purpose to make as much profit in as short a period of time as possible, regardless of the consequences or long term viability. Can you imagine if the BILLIONS that they are pouring into this election were used to actually CREATE JOBS?? What if the BILLIONS were paid to reduce our debt, or in taxes to fund our schools, roads, hospitals? Imagine that. The Elite, Big Business and the Republicans are adamant that they retain their insane tax breaks. They claim to be the “job creators”. However, in the time they have received the greatest tax benefits in history, they have created the fewest jobs in history. They have taken that money and moved it and the jobs overseas, to third world countries where they don't have to pay a living wage (or taxes), and can therefore make even bigger profits. What jobs have remained here, they have systematically sought to demote by paying less, eliminating benefits and breaking any sort of union or negotiating power the employees may have in place. Further, they now seek to tell those of us who have lost our jobs and subsequently our homes, that somehow we are to blame for the state of the economy. That we, the ones who have been laid off; that it is our fault that we can't find the jobs that aren't being created by the Rich and Powerful who have enjoyed the tremendous tax breaks for so long. That unemployment benefits, which is a fraction of our lost wages, is somehow a handout that prevents us from seeking the gainful employment we lost because of downsizing (corporate greed). What jobs are being offered are far below the prevailing wage for the same job ten years ago. Yet, somehow, it is my fault that the economy isn't recovering – or, it's President Obama's fault. Really? The economy isn't recovering, because the 1% who have enjoyed the biggest tax breaks in the history of our Country, and many of whom reaped the benefits of the bail outs that the taxpayers' paid for, haven't created any jobs! Without jobs, decent paying jobs, there is little chance of a recovery of any substance any time in the near future. If the “job creators” who have created no jobs, continue to receive their tax breaks, there is little chance of this Country ever getting out of the red. Those who are entrenched in power; they are the ones who need to be replaced. I believe they are the moving force behind the plethora of laws that come out of government every day. They seek to control and regulate us more and more, through the guise of “our protection”; yet they can't solve the budget issues, stop the war machine, or control and regulate those who so obviously need controlling and regulating (Wallstreet, Banks, Insurance Companies). Greed is a powerful master, and those who have reaped the most in government, are those in the House and Senate who have made a career of catering to the lobbyists instead of their constituencies. They are not there for Public Service, they are there to get as rich as the Elite masters they serve. Time to clean house. Time to put people in the working part of government who actually care about the future of our Country – those who are committed to educating our future leaders; those who are committed to ending the wars we have become involved in without sufficient justification; those who are committed to the long term health and well-being of our Country and our planet – for the benefit of our future. Those who would seek Public Service not as a way to become wealthy, but as a way to give back to our Country, and maintain the principles of We the People, not we the corporations/wealthy/elite.

Supporting LEAF is reflective of good cuniommty citizenship and values in support of our cuniommty of Scenic Acres as a whole. Having recently canvassed around my home streets, I have been encouraged by the demonstration of such values from so many neighbours. Conversations around all sorts of issues that are valuable to our cuniommty arose and gave us something to connect about. As cuniommty residents we should take any advantage to be part of making our cuniommty better for everyone, not just our personal property but showing pride and support for others. I particularly like the fact that we, as residents, will have control over how our cuniommty greenspaces are cared for. This will only increase property value for everyone. Just taking a walk around one can see the neglect in these places. Being neighbourly and cuniommty-minded is one of the great strengths of our cuniommty I was pleased to see so much of those values being upheld still by so many cuniommty-minded citizens!. What a great place we live in!

Hi Dee,Thanks for your great message. You echo the meesagss of so many who have experienced amazing health benefits from the Daniel Fast. I am still humbled that God has called so many to this fast for spiritual purposes and then blesses them with more clarity, improved health and a closer relationship with Him. Again, He demonstrates His abundance.Choose Life Now is not the same as the Daniel Fast, although it was a response to those who wanted to continue their journey in health after their fasting time. CLN is for men and women who want to submit all parts of themselves to the Lord, including their physical body and engage the power of God working inside of them as they develop a lifestyle of health. This is an inside out way of living rather than diets being external. I will look into your question and get back to you. Meanwhile, I do encourage you to declare that which the Lord has already given your husband, which is health. I was healed from a disease I had struggled with for more than eight years when I started ordering my body to act in the way God intended it to behave. It took about two weeks, but I was totally healed from the disease. This was a directive from the Lord and completely scriptural. So use the mustard seed faith to accomplish big things using your faith-filled words.Be blessed!

Improvements are by definition good. Here is my item by item assnssmeet:The site should not be planted and manicured to look like every other Disneyland type turist trap in the western US. I think that many of us have seed this particular cookie cutter used elsewhere. Placemaking These plans are really about place changing. Boaters, and baseball out, board turists in. Families watch dads, moms, and kids play ball there. We used to also play soccer, flag football, tennis, etc., and go out to eat afterwords downtown. I think it is a mistake to take all the community sports out of our main sports field. By the way, i neither play nor watch teem sports anymore. Steps at ramp: 1. There is a far superior vista at independence point, (There is also a lifeguard there). 2. We can test the ramp closure by closing it, but wait to take it out. 3. Perhaps a public dingy sailing club with rentals would serve the town and attract turists. A knowledgeable sailor should be consulted about the prevailing winds and the ease with witch novices may navigate a boat in the bay.Massive fountain: This is a hackneyed knee-jerk item that architects use when they are desperate to put in something. Dry and unwatched fountains are abundant in the west. The main water feature is the lake! Additionally, fountains freeze and crack, and require about 2000watts of power continuously to keep the extra-chlorinated water interesting. Idaho is not about mediterranean fountains; they do not make our place. Tennis: why didn't we repave our old courts? Why put new ones in the wettest part of the park?Remove fences. Of course! that is cheap and allows soccer players, frisbee players, crosscountry skiers, and wild young children to play about. It is also very cheap!Massive concrete walkway? interesting to none but skateboarders and trick cyclists. Out-door theater: Actors prefer not to shout out love scenes while Sherman Ave traffic and bars sound off. Amplified live music would be heard for about a mile. Fortunately, cold Cd'A nights would limit such disasters to about 4 weekends per year. This is not Athens (Georgia, nor Greece). Plenty of theater goes on in Cd'A, and non of these groups seem interested in focusing on the few out-door venues that exist. Now baseball is something that is just lively enough that families and friends will watch on. Small town baseball just might be part of the placemaking that has been going on while our of state architects were not looking. Tubb's hill: Hands off! (except to keep fire hazards down a bit).Underground parking: $20-$30,000 per spot. It is cheaper to pay people not to come. This is for the weekenders in the summer: the current lot is less than half full on a summer weekday (see google earth photos) This is where the big bucks come in. Why not put angle in parking on Front street (widen it) and thus activate the adjacent commercial properties. Lake side and other streets could also stand to sacrifice a lane for angle in parking. The effect would slow traffic a bi, which would actually improve pedestrian safety. Remember, when we say pay with Bonds, we mean tax money that could go to schools. Removal of fences, rebuilding the tennis courts, and planting a few Ponderosa pines, and designating a bocci-ball site this is cheap stuff. But in addition to taking up the parking lot, these are the essential changes that we need. A Dingy sailboat club (under 16 foot) would have to be run through the parks and recreation department and would collect fees and possible annual sponsors as the kids ball clubs used to. Let's not confuse pictures of hansom people in exotic places for images of what could be happiness and prosperity in Cd'A. The actors in those photos are waiting for the photo-shoot to be over. And about master plans beautifully rendered by architects: The architects? (I know many), they are wondering what the heck to sell this small town. They are looking to us for answers.

But, what about this? what if you were to create a awesome post title? I ain't saying your information is not good., but suppose you added something that makes people desire more? I mean Marketing For Construction Professionals | Build Talk is a little boring. You should peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they write article titles to get people to click. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab people interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.

Hi there, I am currently wnkoirg on a restoration of an early 90s Pursuit 2350 hull. I am in need of boot stripe material and was wondering if you could help me out, or recommend someone that could.I currently have a 2 color (blue and metallic silver) 2” large stripe (navy) separated by a 0.5” clear space with narrow 0.5” metallic silver. I know that I could attempt to lay two pieces of marine vinyl parallel but was hoping you could point me in the right direction for finding a roll that was already assembled with 2 stripes. Thanks for any advice you may offer,Bobby

Many many realtors would like what you have but with PITI. Principal, Interest, Taxes, & Insurance. That would give us the total mhotnly payments which is much more valuable than just the PI, principal & Interest calculator. It should be easy to add on.1. Tax Rate with a Drop Down List from O.1 to 4.0 in .1 increments 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc.2. Insurance Yearly Cost, then you divide by 12.

wolpies2I don't recommend using crdeit of any kind. I think it's crazy to play games with crdeit. I have personally used Prosper.com (link below) you'll get the best deal there as it's peer to peer lending. I got just what I needed for a bathroom repair and paid it off as quickly as possible. Outside of that, I keep my crdeit to a minimum. Most important of all God would never want you to go into debt to celebrate his son's birthday. Start buying a few gifts each payday from now on. Something meaningful to the person (avoid gift cards). You'll have a much better Christmas than you could ever imagine.

His contribution to scneice specially to the scneice in China is uncomparable, and his mistake and untruefulness were also fact. That means that he was a living human being, just like you and me, with weakness and mistakes, which will and should not overshadow his significant contribution. Why can we, specially those truth-seeking scientists, not face whole truth, embrace and celebrate an imperfect giant. Why do we need to worship a saint with half-truth (in another word, by lying to ourself and others)? I am not sure if he likes this or not.

Review by S. Rafey for Rating: I bought this along with a BB ptoisl, and they work alright. Don't expect anything magical with these: they are just your basic 6mm .12g BBs in a container. The gun works just fine with them, but they aren't that accurate. I tried .2g BBs and those work much better. Also, a couple of mine (ok, like 15 of them) were almost crushed or deflated(?) when I opened the container up. But, 15 out of 5000 isn't too bad. However, I bought this for $5, so I'll let it slide this one time.
